Missions Ministry

Crossroads Grace Community Church is a church that desires to impact the world for Jesus Christ.

The Great Commision

An integral component of our church is the Missions Ministry. Our Missions Ministry Team believe that Jesus' command to his disciples to, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you..." (Matthew 28:19-20 NIV) is a command for all believers, and that all nations would refer to our community, our nation, and our world.

Crossroad's Missions Program is designed primarily to provide opportunities for all of our church body to serve and/or support mission efforts throughout the year. We on the Missions Ministry Team would be happy to assist you in getting involved in our mission efforts. If you would like to know more about opportunities to serve/support, please let us know. You can e-mail us at Jim@Crossroadsgrace.org.

Our Missionary Profiles

Crossroads and it's members support missionaries financially, but we also want to provide our missionaries serving full-time in the mission field with encouragement and prayer.  Please take this opportunity to get to know our missionaries by visiting our Missionary Profiles and reach out to them so that:

  • birthdays and anniversaries are recognized,
  • prayer requests are prayed for,
  • the missionaries are treated like the very special people they are!

Missions Prayer Calendar

The Missions Prayer Calendar goes into the Sunday Bulletin near the first week of each month, but if you miss your copy, you can access it by clicking the link above. The Missions Prayer Calendar is a powerful tool to help remind us to pray for those we support in their ministry efforts as they help us remain faithful to the Great Commision. Included in the calendar is usually contact information (those beyond our culture are eager to hear from people back home, especially those praying for their efforts). Pray with us daily, and then contact a frontline worker with a note of appreciation. Intorduce yourself to someone who lives in an entirely different culture for the sake of the Gospel!

The missionaries that Crossroads supports are listed listed in our Missionary Profiles.

Our Missionary Spotlight

Each Month we like to place a Spotlight on one of our Missionaries to provide a more intimate portrait of who they are and what they are doing to further the Kingdom of Christ throughout the world. Click here to check out our Missionary Spotlight feature.

". . . And how can they hear if nobody tells them? And how is anyone going to tell them, unless someone is sent to do it? That's why Scripture exclaims, 'A sight to take your breath away! Grand processions of people telling all the good things of God!'"-Romans 10:14-15 (The Message)

Upcoming Mission Trips

We are committed to participating in short-term missions projects during the year. By sending out teams to serve in a cross-cultural missions environment, it is our hope that our christian workers will be trained to serve the body of Christ and to commit to life-long involvement in world missions. As team members learn to selflessly serve and support local churches, they have the opportunity to witness how God is working in other parts of the world. You can e-Mail us at Jim@Crossroadsgrace.org. We would love to assist you in your search for involvement in missions.

Here you can find photos and information about Past and Upcoming Mission Trips.
